#WheresMaestro: Can you find us at HR Tech?

You won't see our glowing, yellow booth. You won't see the sessions being recored by our digital doodle artists. You also won't be receiving an invite to a rooftop party, like we had last year.

Although HR Tech is a lot of fun, our clients come first. This year we've been partnering with more companies (100+) to be exact and we're busy customizing new HR suites that fit their unique needs.

Don't worry, you can still stop by and say "hi" at our (scaled down) booth.

Check out wheresmaestro.com to learn more about what we've been up to.

Aflac Roadshow

It’s become pretty clear that voluntary benefits are more important now than ever. This is especially true when you consider that 88 percent of employees feel a true comprehensive benefits package must include voluntary benefits.

So, we teamed up with Aflac to make voluntary benefits people-friendly again with, voluntaryEDGE™. It’s an end-to-end Ben Admin solution for Aflac voluntary products that eases administration hassles and eliminates billing errors.

We’re so pumped about voluntaryEDGE that we’re taking it out on the road to spread the word with our three-city, Aflac Roadshow.

  • Chicago – July 10 & 11
  • Indianapolis – July 14 & 15
  • Atlanta – July 21 & 22

This is just the beginning. Be on the lookout for more information on voluntaryEDGE.

Tour de Texas: Maestro Health Attends The University of Texas System's Annual Benefit Enrollment Fairs

WHAT: The University of Texas System's annual benefit enrollment fairs.

WHERE: UT Institutions all over the great state of Texas.

WHEN: July 6-25, 2017.

WHY: As The University of Texas System's FSA partner, we want their employees to understand the complete benefits of enrolling in UT Flex. Attending the annual benefit fairs is a way for us to connect with current and future plan members face-to-face, answer their questions and get their honest feedback on how we can serve them better and increase engagement.

STAY CONNECTED: Follow @maestrohealth on Twitter and LinkedIn or ‘Like’ us on Facebook for live updates, photos and more.

And the winner is...

As The University of Texas System's UT FLEX (FSA) provider, we took the stage with their 300+ benefits coordinators…

WHAT: The 20th Annual UT System Benefits and Human Resources Conference (BHRC). This year's theme for BHRC was "America" — red, white and blue. Adding a twist of our own, we decided to pageant wave ourselves into our second year of partnership with The University of Texas System. At our booth, attendees interacted with members from our team, voted for BHRC's Miss America 2017, and took selfies in front of "And The Winner Is..." photo booth.

WHERE: Austin, TX.

WHEN: June 14-16, 2017.

WHY: Connecting face-to-face with our client’s Benefit Coordinators/HR Team is key to our relationship and the success of member engagement. Not only did we ask for their feedback on our solution (we always want to hear the good, bad and ugly), but we also asked about our year-long service and member engagement support.

Last year, we launched the ROLL With It competition in which Benefit Coordinators were challenged to increase enrollment and encourage hassle-free behavior for their members by using the tools we created such as an employee microsite, text messages, educational flyers, posters, postcards, videos and more. BHRC marks the end of the annual ROLL With It competition where we announce the overall winner.  So without further ado (drumroll, please).....the winner of the 2016-17 competition is The University of Texas of the Permian Basin!  As the winner, they ROLLed out of BHRC with the ROLL With It trophy (and yes, there is a cinnamon ROLL on the top of the trophy).

We are looking forward to starting the 2017-18 competition during annual enrollment next month.  Let’s see who takes home the cinnamon roll trophy at BHRC 2018!
