CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–As an innovator of health insurance exchange and employee benefits management, Maestro Health is continuing expansion with the addition of two new members to its key executive team.

Maestro Health appointed Nancy Reardon as Chief Product Officer and Jeff Yaniga as Executive Vice President of Exchange first quarter of this year. “We are thrilled to add two individuals with proven track records and industry exchange experience to our executive team,” said Rob Butler, Founder.

Nancy Reardon comes to Maestro Health with over 25 years of results-driven excellence at global healthcare leader Aetna. Her range of executive leadership roles includes Deputy Chief of Staff to Aetna CEO, Ron Williams, and Head of Strategy—Special Businesses. Reardon’s management and execution of major initiatives directly impacted Aetna’s capacity to competitively deliver growth.

With extensive enrollment and private exchange experience—most recently as VP of Exchange at Connecture—Jeff Yaniga has worked over 20 years in the healthcare market. Yaniga directed the development of products and deployment of shopping and enrollment solutions for key brands, including Aon Hewitt and Aetna. As a respected thought leader in the industry, Jeff has spoken at countless professional conferences and produced several published works.

“Nancy’s myriad of executive roles with Aetna in tandem with Jeff’s private exchange experience will strengthen our ability to drive innovation and deliver a comprehensive solution,” said Butler. “In addition to the growth of our executive team, we are excited to announce the upcoming expansion of our office in Charlotte.”

With enough space for 70 new employees, the additional 12,000 square feet of expansion plans include increasing the licensed call center capacity to better serve the Maestro Health all-in exchange model.

“Owning the key components and providing an all-in solution has allowed us to grow quickly and become leaders in the space,” said Butler. “Adding people like Jeff and Nancy will enhance our opportunity to grow in years to come.”
