Maestro Health is seeking experienced Data Business Analyst to assist the EDI team with new client implementations. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Learn and understand the data and connections

  • Learn the details of our required data files and formats

  • Support the setup and use of Secure File Transfer accounts for each client

  • Own the data collection piece of the client implementation process

  • Communicate to clients and clients’ vendors what data is needed, where they are likely to find the data within their business, and how to get it into the appropriate format

  • Establish deadlines and manage clients to their commitments

  • Provide feedback to clients on their data submissions

  • Track tasks and issues for the EDI team, and provide feedback to internal and external clients



  • Demonstrate accountability and integrity

  • Tackle tough assignments with initiative, creativity, a value-added mindset, questioning nature, and a sense of urgency

  • You juggle multiple priorities and projects meeting all deadlines

  • You learn quickly and apply what you learn to what you do

  • Bachelors in a technology related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience writing advanced Excel formulas

  • Use V lookup, pivot tables to evaluate data in text or CSV formats

  • At least 3-5 years professional experience as a data analyst or business analyst with client facing responsibilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management

  • Demonstrate ability to identify and prioritize issues and problem solve

  • Manage multiple priorities under short deadlines while maintaining confidentiality of matters

  • Work both collaboratively with team members and independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Previous experience in the health care industry a plus but not required
