The Digital Marketing Specialist position requires a self-starter and edgy marketer who will provide planning and execution of digital marketing projects, campaigns and analytics. Candidates must embrace taking on simultaneous challenges in an exhilarating, fast-paced environment while having fun! 

We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in one of the most dynamic industries to be in today. We are also in one of the most exciting stages as we’ve recently joined forces with the 42nd most recognizable brand in the world – AXA, taking a huge step towards transforming U.S. healthcare and pushing our brand and mission even further to build buzz and demand generation. This position will be pivotal in our success as we try to keep up with our rapid growth.

You will be expected to:

  • Project manage the redesign and launch of our corporate website working with multiple business units, stakeholders and agencies

  • Work closely with internal content and creative team to optimize all digital content and implement best practices across web properties

  • Manage PPC and sponsored social campaigns with an agency; manage PPC testing in-house as well

  • Manage budget for all digital projects and activities

  • Manage Google Analytics and SEO/SEM for all digital-marketing related activities including corporate site, social media sites, campaign microsites

  • Work with IT stakeholders or agency to build HTML code for Pardot emails

  • Manage e-mail marketing programs (Pardot), lists, imports and permissions

  • Conduct website, microsite and e-mail campaign tests

  • Actively test and analyze keywords for landing pages, microsites, emails, etc. to increase quality visitors and drive incremental volume

  • Assist with lead generation and demand generation initiatives (nurture campaigns, print/digital campaigns, lead workflow, webinars, email campaigns, campaign analytics, etc.)

  • Provide monthly analysis of program progress and results, including key milestones and metrics

  • Analyze and evaluate industry benchmarks/market research regarding competitor’s programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective and reflects branding specifications

  • Ensure digital design is optimized for lead generation, branding, SEO, SEM web development, etc.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and archiving standards for all digital brand assets

  • Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns as well as researching new blogs and channels for relevancy and trend identification

  • Take on a variety of other awesome projects. We are team players here and no project is too small for anyone—even our CEO (you’ll often see him clean up the kitchen and serve charcuterie boards to the office…our favorite!)

Desired Skills and Experience

Must have:

  • BA/BS in business, marketing or related field preferred

  • 5+ years total marketing experience (preferably digital marketing)

  • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics and Google AdWords/all SEM

  • Experience with various social media campaign management and analytics (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Experience in successfully managing a budget and various digital marketing vendors/agencies

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Experience managing/developing SEO strategy

  • Experience in content management systems

  • Experience managing a budget

  • Strong time management skills

  • Resourceful personality with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to propose and develop ideas and plans proactively

  • Ability to work independently and with a fun team 

  • Ability to bring creative solutions to existing programs and processes

  • Ability to drive strategic creative executions

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Professional and personable demeanor


  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (not a must-have but would be nice)

  • Excellent writer and detailed proofreader
