WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Finance Manager at Maestro Health will play a key role in the growth and evolution of the company, providing key insights that drive strategic decisions. In this role you will partner with leaders across the organization, working cross functionally to support the business’s financial objectives. To succeed in this role, you must be a creative and strategic thinker with deep analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple priorities, an excellent communicator and capable of leading the monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes. More specifically, a person in this role will:
Directly manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting for corporate executives and the Board of Directors. This person will be responsible for crafting presentation commentary tailored to the specific audience.
Oversee the production of monthly management reports and perform in-depth analysis of monthly results and key metrics and create narratives around variance analysis to present to key business leaders, executives and the Board.
Evaluate the financial impact of business projects using modeling tools such as ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling, discounted cash flows etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to provide value-added insights, analysis and support for operational and strategic decisions.
Lead the effort to build interactive dashboards providing actionable financial data that can be easily interpreted and applied by business leaders to track and improve the performance of their respective teams.
Lead the finance team in the annual budget, 5-year plan and bi-annual reforecasting processes, coordinating with business leaders across the organization to appropriately capture financial requirements that align with business objectives.
Develop and improve reporting tools and financial models to support finance team processes and new initiatives.
Serve as a mentor to Finance team members, assisting in establishing annual goals and providing feedback to strengthen performance.

You are confident in presenting information to all levels of the organization from senior executives to fellow team members and capable of tailoring your presentation to your audience.
You are complimented for your ability to communicate complex concepts both verbally and in writing to colleagues in simple terms to further their understanding.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Advanced degree preferred
7+ years’ experience in FP&A/financial budgeting and reporting, with experience in executive-level presentations and executive support
Ninja level Excel skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets, draw conclusions and present results and recommendations in an organized fashion
Experience building business models, developing budgets and forecasts, and preparing scenario and sensitivity analyses
Highest standards of ethics, accuracy and precision, highly organized
Results oriented, able to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Able to reflect on multiple perspectives and build positive and productive relationships across the organization
Articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves, manage priorities and guide team members
Desire to improve and expand analytical and data visualization skills
Previous experience in a technology or service company desired
Experience using (and preferably implementing) ERP, financial, reporting, and operational software tools
Experience using Adaptive Insights or other planning software desired
