The HR Representative personifies the face of Maestro Health to our employees. Integral to our culture and company, you should focus on creating a contagious energy throughout the office.  As a key contributor to the business, you will roll up your sleeves to get things done. You will assist in a variety of HR initiatives including but not limited to:

  • Assist the HR team with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks

  • Compile and enter employee data into various systems

  • Administer benefits programs

  • Organize and audit personnel files

  • Compose and send location and team communications

  • Participate in employee recognition programs

  • Attend, and sometimes lead, a variety of HR and Maestro Health meetings

  • Lead internal corporate culture initiatives


  • Effectively communicate with everyone you interact with

  • Operate in compliance with the law and company policies while honoring the human side of human resources

  • Adjusting to changing priorities quickly and not dropping the ball

  • 100% compliance on visitor tracking processes and procedures

  • Meeting attendance and punctuality requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related and 2+ years of broad human resources experience, or similar combination of education and experience required

  • Desire to learn the HR body of knowledge, and how it impacts the “But hey, what if…?”

  • Strong skill set in the full MS Office Suite

  • High degree of emotional intelligence and people skills. If you don’t know what this is, this isn’t the job for you.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, high standards, and rock solid integrity

  • Positive attitude coupled with a desire to excel

  • Sense of urgency, humor, compassion and ownership

  • Confidence, credibility, determination and good judgement

  • PHR, SPHR or other HR Certification preferred

  • Demonstrated focus for planning ahead and anticipating needs of others

  • Strong resolve to solve problems when things don’t work as expected
