The Marketing Data Analyst Intern position will scrub data, consolidate data for events, evaluate marketing Pardot emails and provide recommendations based off reporting data. This person will also clean survey data, gather data for missing values using other venders and audit data. Additionally, this person will support marketing by working in our CRM and Marketing Automation tools (, Pardot and Cloudingo). This role is on track to a Marketing Data Analyst position.

  • Clean/scrub raw data and prepare list for analysis. Append & verify emails

  • Gather and clean data for missing value (Lead Source_Specific)

  • Manage list vendors, audit results

  • Clean survey data

    • Standardize questions and answers

  • Consolidate data from different events

  • Enter individual web leads per current process

  • Gather and clean data for missing value in (Lead Source_Specific)

  • Monitor and optimize Pardot dynamic list

  • Pull list from Salesforce

  • Monitor keywords in Pardot

  • Update competitor list, customer list

  • Provide analysis of prospect emails to employers, brokers and member

  • Provide recommendations based of analysis of prospect

  • Dedupe leads, contacts, opportunities in Salesforce by using Cloudingo

  • Maintain reporting for downloadable marketing collateral materials off microsites

  • Maintain reporting for social media on all platforms

  • Other various data projects


  • Pushing the limit to scrub/review data to support our marketing ops team

  • Helping grow the business through effective lead generation and marketing operations activity

This position pays minimum wage and we are looking for someone to work 20-30 hours weekly. The number of hours we are flexible on as well as the duration of the internship.


  • Master’s Degree

  • Coursework in Marketing

  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Pardot and

  • Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress

  • Professional and personable demeanor

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics specifically around customer segmentation and targeting strategy

  • Experience identifying segmentation variables through dataset analysis

  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback

  • Willingness to ask questions, learn new skills and execute on a plan
