The Products and Innovation team at Maestro Health is growing. We are responsible for building out the products and services offered in our portfolio.  Maestro Health is revolutionizing the employee health and benefits industry and we are forecasting significant growth this year and the Product Manager (RX) will be critical to hitting our growth goals. This position will be responsible for contributing to the development, enhancement and ongoing oversight of existing and new product development for our self-funded product portfolio, with a specific concentration in pharmacy and specialty pharmacy solutions. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide expertise in the evaluation and implementation of existing and new products and execute appropriate process/documentation improvements

  • Research and clarify business requirements and rules throughout the development phase of a new product or feature

  • Responsible documentation of high-level business requirements and use cases for products or features. This includes gathering stakeholder feedback and feature requests to enable effective evaluation, documentation and prioritization

  • Partner with stakeholders as client champion and point of coordination for all products under management. This includes creating documentation, defining success criteria, gathering metrics, conducting competitive/SWOT analysis and providing training

  • Develop internal and external ROIs to demonstrate investment in new programs and services, as well as the program’s effectiveness to brokers/clients

  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute product positioning and value proposition for all stakeholder channels.

  • Work collaboratively with sales and account management teams to integrate new products and programs into the client management process and selling story

  • Collaborate both internally and externally to assist with the execution, launch, refinement, measurement and management of the company’s value proposition to external customers

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty masterfully. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years work experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), health plan and/or specialty pharmacy

  • A passion for bringing great products to market

  • Proven product documentation expertise; must be able to document detailed product designs/processes for distribution to stakeholders for implementation

  • Proven track record managing existing and new product development

  • Ability to influence all stake-holders to support key products ensuring positive outcomes and results

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability in effectively using communication, collaboration and project management tools such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Project Plan 365, Smartsheet, OneDrive, SharePoint, LucidChart, Slack, JIRA etc.
