We recently conducted a survey and found that over half of Americans experience stress at least once a week at work and nearly 70% have experienced burnout. Yet, 61% said that their employer doesn’t provide resources or support to reduce their stress in the workplace.
We put together a list of six ways you can reduce the continuance of burnout in your employees including:
- Educate employees about their benefits year-round – Have the right resources available at the right time so you can keep employees informed, engaged and, most importantly, well.
- Develop meaningful employee connections – Encourage your managers to create a safe space to talk about their stress before it gets to the point of burnout.
