WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Salesforce Technical Lead will lead the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce.com platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes across all departments including: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance. This role is part project manager, part SFDC administrator, part technical architect. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. This is the perfect role for an SFDC Administrator looking to take their career to the next level.
Serve as primary administrator for Maestro’s Salesforce.com environment
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
Work closely with Salesforce consultant group on implementing short term deployment goals
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Capable of proposing both Technical and Solution Architecture
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Monitor and improve data quality
Create and maintain dashboards
Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Successful implementation and adoption of revamped SFDC workflow with external consultant
SFDC is kept updated and actionable
SFDC projects are organized and efficient
Helps all department stakeholders customize, use and report from SFDC in actionable ways that drive the business forward
Clean and reliable data in SFDC for all stakeholders to use

WHAT YOU NEED:
Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator and/or technical lead
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or stronger credential
Salesforce development experience including strong working knowledge and ability to code APEX (classes, triggers and web services), Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com.
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Experience successfully driving projects to completion and ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
